Wine is known as a durable luxury food - provided that it is stored appropriately. One of the most important parameters for the perfect wine storage is the temperature in the given environment. Fluctuations in the temperature have a direct influence on the conservation of the precious drops.
The climate control devices Wine Master by Fondis provide the perfect and most importantly a constant ideal temperature between 12°C and 14 °C. Pre-requisite is however, that the premises (wine cellar) are well isolated (walls, ceiling, doors, windows, etc.), for instance with Styrofoam or Styrodur. It is also important, that the cooling capacity of the device is sufficient for the size of the room.
The Wine Master devices WINE C50SX and WINE C50SRX have a cooling capacity for rooms with a maximum of 50 m³. The C50S is a powerful, energy saving and environment friendly device with 1200 W electrical power and operating noise level of 51 decibels at 1 meter distance. Both models WINE C50SX and WINE C50SRX are equipped with an On/Off switch with "booster" setting to accelerate temperature achievement. WINE SRX Models have an additional heating strip in the event of negative temperatures, for installations where the condenser is outside the building.
