DELIVERY TIMES
Our goal is to ship goods to the customer as soon as possible after ordering. A large part of our range is in stock, the delivery times of products not in stock can be found on the respective product pages. For larger order quantities, the delivery dates may differ from the dates indicated in the store.
DELIVERY PRICES
For deliveries to Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic we offer a reasonable flat rate of €17.95 per delivery. For any other countries please contact us and we will be happy to give a delivery quote. For deliveries to countries outside the European Community there are extra import / export charges, value added tax, etc. which we are not able to collect or invoice. Further information can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/home_en. Information on import sales tax for Switzerland is available on http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.
The articles marked with a are considered bulk goods and the transportation costs is a flat rate of €89,95 per purchase. The delivery costs (package & bulk goods) only refer to the mainland. Deliveries to isles can be arranged upon request.
The shipping via forwarding service is curb side delivery only. Delivery at a required location can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.
The delivery of wine racks made of stone is only available upon request. Our return policy does not apply to stone wine racks.
SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES / FREE OF CHARGE
In case an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately. If an item is not available but the other purchased items are and you agree to receive a partial delivery, we will make a subsequent delivery free of charge.
CONVENIENT AND SECURE PAYMENT
We accept many convenient payment methods. You have a choice between Paypal, credit card or pre-payment.
PayPal
Pay with the high security offered through your Paypal account. We will charge you corresponding to the payment methods in your account. To use this method you need a Paypal-Account.
Credit Card
Pay conveniently and securely via credit card (MasterCard, Visa). The amount due will be on hold once you have placed your order and will not be charged to your credit card until the merchandise has be dispatched.
"MasterCard SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa" work as follows: if you wish to pay per credit card, a code and/or password verification will provide more security to your transaction. An extra field appears for you to key in the secret code / password which are scrambled and sent directly to the credit card Company for verification. If you do not have a code or password, contact your credit card company.
If you wish to return a purchased item, regardless of reason, the full amount will be refunded/credited to your PayPal account or credit card. For more detailed information refer to Casa Select return policy in Terms & Conditions.
Pre-Payment
After the order transaction has been completed, the customer may transfer the total due amount to the company’s business bank account. As soon as payment confirmation is received, the order will be dispatched immediately
