Information about delivery charges

We will send the merchandise, if available, on the same day or at the latest, the day after your order has been proccessed. In case you have a particular wish for a delivery time, please send this information along with the order.

Delivery charges

For deliveries to Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic we offer a reasonable flat rate of € 17.95 per delivery. For any other countries please contact us and we will be happy to give a delivery quote. For deliveries to countries outside the European Community there are extra import / export charges, value added tax, etc. which we are not able to collect or invoice. Information on import sales tax for Switzerland is available on http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.

The articles marked with a are considered bulk goods and the transportation costs is a flat rate of € 89,95 per purchase. The delivery costs (package & bulk goods) only refer to the mainland. Deliveries to isles can be arranged upon request.

The shipping via forwarding service is curb side delivery only. Delivery at a required location can be arranged upon request and at an additional cost.

The delivery of wine racks made of stone is only available upon request. Our return policy does not apply to stone wine racks.
