Open wine bottles with ease
The Le Creuset Activeball black corkscrew is designed for controlled and comfortable opening of wine or sparkling-wine bottles. Here is an innovation for all wine lovers: the unique Le Creuset with its globally patented Activeball and double-helix system. The small red Activeball unmistakably identifies the latest generation of corkscrews: it is a modern anti-jamming system that prevents both the cork from becoming trapped in the body and the corkscrew components from separating. The proven Screwpull self-pulling principle comes into play: simply turn and the cork is effortlessly drawn from the bottle.

Thoughtful handling
With Le Creuset, the spiral always enters the cork automatically and centrally. The patented Teflon-coated spiral ensures effortless insertion and penetration, even into porous corks. Its widely spaced coils allow every bottle to be uncorked evenly and without jolting. Crumbling or breaking even old corks becomes a thing of the past. The ejector effect is also highly practical: to remove the cork from the corkscrew, simply turn the handle counter-clockwise and the cork is automatically released from the spiral.
